Not recommended for children under 3 yrs. of age. Spenco Comments Polysorb Total Support: These are no doubt the best insoles Spenco has produced. I followed the directions given by Spenco that read "Remove the original insole from the shoe. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the insoles directly on the oven rack, fabric side up, for three minutes. Place your feet in your shoes and lace them securely. Stand on the insoles for one minute before walking. After 10 minutes, the molding will be complete." I have only worn them for a few days so I am not sure if re-molding them after a length of time or not. My son-in-law says "It's like walking on air. They are great." I put them in my rockport "tennis like" shoes but have not tried them in my walking/running shoes yet. I will update you later on that. ...... PaPa (Gram's Honey) UPDATE: After about 2 months, I am convinced these insoles are the best I have been using them in my walking shoes and they are fantastic. Like walking on air.
